1. No refunds will be automatically given for parcels hung up in the USPS tracking system on orders sent to America. If you find yourself in this situation you will need to inquire about it at your local delivering post office, contacting USPS through their website, or by phone. If you are unable to do that, the package will eventually be sent back to us. Once its recieved on our end, a refund will be sent minus the shipping cost.

   - This situation has occured twice in the last 4 years.

   - USPS usually holds the package at your local delivering post office for about 4 weeks before its sent back to us. Your original tracking information will show its journey back to us step by step. 



2. All sales are final. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase you can send it back to us with any tracked parcel service at your expense. We will not be held responsible if parcel is sent back untracked  or dropped in a post box with "return to sender" written on it. Once we recieve it, a refund will be sent minus the original shipping cost plus a $3 USD fee.

   - This situation has occured once in the last 4 year.

   - This is a standard return policy procedure for many online shops. Its the online equivelant to returning an item to a brick and mortar. You must return the item to the store before a refund is given.
