Your local postal service will deliver it to you. Tracking number will be sent to you in an email, as well as updated to the transaction in your PayPal account. Parcel can be tracked on the Japan Post website. USA orders can also be tracked on the USPS website. Average shipping time is 2-4 weeks, depending on location. Assuming parcel fits in your mailbox, it should be left there if you are unavailable to sign.
